    HR Manager

    Job Description

    • Assist and work closely with top management to review/update/improve HR regulations, guidelines and HR strategy.
    • Hiring, placement, resources development, training, retention, overtime management, labor management negotiations and providing solutions related to HR issues.
    • Utilize knowledge of pension and labor laws to review and update employee rules and regulations.
    • Work in a team of professionals to provide first-class HR proposals and solutions when needed.
    • Develop training plan, coordinate training programs to meet employee development needs.  Training include orientation and induction, professional skills, leadership development.
    • Propose and advise the salary administration plan be familiar with awards and market rates.

    Qualifications

    • HR management experience, ideally in a multinational company.
    • Experience in planning and operation of OD, employee’s education/training.
    • Good knowledge of the Labor Standards Law and related laws.
    • Languages:  Fluent business English and fluent Japanese.

    Preference skills / experiences

    • Knowledge and skills in total HR operations
    • Experience in mid career recruitment
    • Experience in establishment of evaluation system
    • Experience in operation of goal management system
    • Experience in managing and operating of payroll, evaluation policies construction
    • SAP skills are a plus
    • Experience with compensation structures based on job size/scope
    • Real world experience with evaluations, promotion/demotions, and bonuses
    • Experience designing and revising HR schemes as well as running them after their revision
