    Head of Talent Development Management & Recruitment


    Reporting directly to Head of HR in Japan, this position is responsible for recruitment, training and development related matters in Japan.

    • Manage & administer plans/programs to ensure the most effective utilization of human assets to best support the business.
    • Act as Business Partner for the President and senior leadership.
    • Develop, guide, and implement local and practices that will recruit employees in line with business needs.
